Experience the Power of The Club

We also provide guided independent training sessions, which we refer to as "The Club." These sessions are an opportunity for you to execute your training plan in an environment designed to ensure consistent adherence and proper execution. This results in consistent success from the effects of proper execution of the training plan.

In these sessions, you have instant access to your coach for immediate feedback or corrections, leading to effective progression through your training compared to doing the program by yourself. "The Club" also has the added benefit of a community of like-minded individuals on the same journey as you—progressing toward their best physical abilities.

In each session, you will be training alongside a handful of other people also executing their individualized training plans. How good is that? An individualized training approach delivered in a small group setting, so you get physical results tailored to your needs while enjoying a community experience. Win-Win-Win!

SMALL GROUP TRAINING & OPEN GYM

This service centers on our evergreen small group strength and conditioning program, where fitness is delivered in a small, focused setting with groups of up to six. Designed to get you moving and build fitness using proven strength and conditioning principles, this program ensures you stay active in your day-to-day life while progressing toward your fitness goals. The small group format allows for ample coach attention, ensuring you receive guidance and support to move safely and effectively while maximizing results. We leverage our fully equipped gym space and outdoor Olympic running track to support your training, providing a versatile environment ideal for functional and hybrid fitness. From foundational strength exercises to dynamic conditioning work, every session is built to help you move better, feel stronger, and build sustainable fitness. Beyond the group coaching sessions, the gym is also available for individual training during non-class hours. This gives you the added benefit of having a private, uncrowded space where you can train independently with reliable access to all the equipment you need. Whether you’re complementing your small group sessions or simply enjoying the flexibility to train on your terms, this space is designed for convenience, privacy, and focus. This service is perfect for anyone looking for a general fitness program that keeps them active, engaged, and progressing in a supportive and personalized environment.

Following an in-depth consult and assessment, I create a program you can execute anywhere—at home, in any gym, or outdoors. Weekly updates and regular check-ins keep you on track, adjusting based on your progress and needs. This service empowers you to integrate fitness into your routine, helping you improve physical performance, stay consistent, and feel supported every step of the way, no matter where you train.
